I am truly amazed at how relevant climate-controlled self-storage is for commercial entities.  When we started into this business almost nine years ago (unbelievable!!!), we believed that there would be small businesses that needed storage for records, files, etc.  However, we have come to discover that it is much more than that, and because we are able to deliver climate-controlled self-storage for about the same cost as outside storage, people find that it is a no-brainer of a decision.  Also, because we have the dock-high access, we really speak to businesses who are accustomed to moving their goods, equipment, etc. on commercial vehicles.  Certainly, we are no third party warehouse supplier, but we are closer than you might think.

There is a reason that self storage units have sprung up all over the country over the last generation, and why climate controlled self storage has become the standard of this generation:  It works!  Most houses are not built with enough storage.  At $200/sq. ft. to build quality residential space, building space in a home specifically for storage is ridiculous in most cases.  Renting self storage space for a mere fraction of the cost to build makes the cost/benefit analysis very clear.
