It is during this time of year that clients notice the benefits of climate controlled storage the most. That is because it is during this time that it becomes most noticeable that the possessions that they have stored in a controlled climate environment have NOT taken in moisture as they would have in an outside unit. If you store possessions outside, the humidity gets into them. When the temperature outside changes dramatically, the resulting expansion and contraction of that moisture begins to damage the goods. Goods stored inside are not exposed to the massive Missouri humidity nor the temperature changes.
